Product Return and Refund Policy
Faulty Product or Missing Parts:
If goods arrive defective/wrong you have up to 24 hours from the time you receive the item to request an exchange. The item must be returned to us in 7 days in its original and unused condition and in its original box and packaging by Registered Parcel or Speed Post and you must provide the tracking code of the parcel in advance to us by online Contact Us form given on the website. In case of missing parts, please notify us the same day you receive the product. Return/refund not applicable for Live items/Plants and items given in Return Policy.
Return Policy:
If you wish to return merchandise, please write for authorization. The item must be returned to us in 7 days in its original and unused condition and in its original box and packaging by Registered Parcel or Speed Post and you must provide the tracking code of the parcel in advance to us by online Contact Us form given on the website. We are happy to replace faulty goods. You agree to pay for the return shipping on exchanges within 7 days and returns and we will reimburse this cost upon verification of a fault with the product. Product exchange is our normal policy, with refunds in exceptional cases only to your bank account, or at Geturpet.com discretion. Return/refund not applicable for Live items/Plants and items given in Return Policy. Return or refund is at Geturpet.com discretion and will be issued only on billing name and address given by the customer during order placing with Geturpet.com.
Refund Policy:
In the event Geturpet.com failed to ship any item in 20 days after confirming payment from the customer, the customer can request a full refund. A refund cannot be initiated without an explicit written request by the actual payer on WhatsApp text chat with the order number from the registered mobile number.
Refund will be issued directly to payment mode if paid by Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking/Wallet. Refund may be issued by Bank Draft in favor of name and address given in order’s payment details if the customer has paid by NEFT/IMPS/Bank Draft/Cheque.
Those customers who used NEFT/IMPS/UPI as a payment method need to send us the following details for refund purposes. Name of Beneficiary, Account Number, Bank Name, Branch Name, Branch IFSC code.
In case an order is canceled due to terms violation, Geturpet.com is at the discretion of the policy of refund.
