Description

These are great indoor plants that don’t need a lot of light but do need attention to watering and humidity. They are light feeders; ¼ tsp of fertilizer per gallon of water once a month. Use a balanced fertilizer like a 15-15-15 or Dyna-Gro Liquid Grow Plant Food 7-9-5. Maintain temperatures above 60o. They Prefer 50% or higher humidity; however, favor high humidity. Keep evenly moist. The fronds suffer if they dry out too much. Prune if the fronds die, simply trim them. Susceptible to scale and root rot.

  • Light: Partial sun, an eastern or western exposure.
  • Watering: Water twice a week
  • Place: Sheltered, humid, and shaded position
