Green Sempervivum

Green Sempervivum is an evergreen slow-growing plant with juicy leaves forming a variety of green rosettes. Sempervivum is monocarpic, which means once a rosette flower, dies. Leave the dead rosette and fill the hole with sandy and gritty soil. The plant will rapidly fill in any vacant spots with offsets.
