Fern Birdnest

Fern Birdnest (Asplenium Nidus) are generally epiphytic, which means they grow on the surface of other different plants. They form a series of erect, spoon-shaped, vibrant green that grows from a central rosette. Healthy plants may have fronds up to five ft long. However, Fern Birdnest has grown as houseplants normally have fronds that grow only around 2 ft long. The plants have a slight growth rate. They’re best planted in the spring season, though houseplants normally can be commenced year-round.
