Anacampseros is an outstanding plant for container growing. It always looks awesome and stays small. It looks good in a cool greenhouse and frame. It does well outdoors in raised beds and balconies as well. Anacampseros grow well in moderate sun with bright shining light boosting the leaf colors and keeping them thick. They need a gritty free-draining soil with added organic fertilizers and low to moderate watering. The beautiful caudiciform species are prone to rot and should be watered moderately. Nourish with a high potassium fertilizer during the growing season diluted to 1/4 potency and mix into the watering can for application.

Description

Anacampseros may be beautiful to a collection of insects, but plants in good condition should be nearly pest-free, particularly if they are grown in a mineral potting mix, with good discovery and aeration. Nonetheless, watch carefully for any significant drop in health. This may alert a pest issue that should be dealt with quickly in order to stop damaging, stunting, and even death.

Report Anacampseros once a year in order to estimate the health of the plant and give a larger growing space being careful not to break the sensitive roots.

Anacampseros are effortless and simple to propagate either through stem cuttings or seed.
